Cancellations, Refunds and Payment Options

Cancellations must be given within 60 calendar days of the scheduled stay (If the stay is 30 days or less) a 100% refund will be given. 20% of the total stay amount will not be refunded if notice is given less than 60 days to the stay

All bookings 30 or more days will be subject to the owners discretion if canceled at any point after the booking is confirmed. 

Check, Money Order, or Venmo are accepted forms of payment.

Stays that are 30 days or more require a 50% deposit due on the day of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
