Cancellations must be given within 45 days of the scheduled trip to receive 100% refund. If notice is given within 30 days of the scheduled trip, you will receive a 90% refund.

If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled trip, no refund will be given.

Money order, cashier check, and Venmo are accepted forms of payment.

Bookings that are 30 days or more require a 50% deposit due on the day of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
